1. What this licence covers

These terms apply to all teaching resources downloaded through a KnowItAll Ninja resources access subscription. They sit alongside our general terms of sale. Resources purchased individually (outside a subscription) have their own simpler licence: those are yours to keep using within your school indefinitely.

2. Who may use the resources

Teachers and staff at the school named on the membership, for teaching that school’s own students. “School” includes colleges and other educational institutions; the membership records which institution is covered.

3. What you may do while your access is active

  • Download resources and store them on your school’s systems.
  • Print, project, adapt and edit them for your own lessons.
  • Share them with students at your school through your school’s own closed systems (a VLE, Teams or Google Classroom, printed handouts).

4. What you may not do at any time

  • Publish resources, or edited versions of them, anywhere the public can reach them – including public websites, social media and resource-sharing marketplaces, whether free or paid.
  • Provide them to other schools, institutions or individuals outside your school, whether or not money changes hands.
  • Sell them, or include them or derivatives of them in any product or service you sell.
  • Remove licence or attribution notices from the files.

5. When your access ends

Your permission to use the resources lasts for the duration of your school’s resources access subscription. When it ends (expiry or non-renewal), your school should stop using the resources and delete stored copies. Renewing restores your permission, along with access to everything added since.

6. Accountability

The person accepting these terms does so on behalf of their school, and the school is responsible for its staff’s compliance. We record acceptance (who, when, which version of these terms) and log downloads. If resources licensed to your school are found shared publicly, we may suspend access while we look into it.

7. Ownership

The resources remain the intellectual property of KnowItAll Ninja. Nothing in this licence transfers ownership.
