Which courses are included?
Every course listed on this page, with both plans. You can study as many of them as you like.
What is the difference between annual and monthly?
Nothing but the price: both include every course. Annual is £39.96 once a year, which works out at £3.33 a month. Monthly is £8.99 a month. Both renew automatically until you cancel.
I am buying for my child. How does it work?
At checkout, choose "My child". They get their own login, and you keep the subscription and billing in your own account. Give us their email address and we will send them a link to set their own password, or choose a username and password for them yourself if they do not have an email address they can use.
My child already uses KnowItAll Ninja at school. Do they need this?
Their school login covers the courses their school has chosen. A subscription adds every other course, for home and school. Enter the email address they sign in with at checkout and we will add the courses to that account.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time, from your account. "Turn off renewal" stops future payments and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. In your first 14 days you can also cancel with a full refund (see below).
Is there a money-back guarantee?
Yes. Within 14 days of your first payment, choose "Cancel and refund" on your subscription in your account and we will refund that payment in full; access ends straight away. If more than 30 lessons and quizzes have already been completed, the button becomes "Ask us about a refund" and we will sort it out by email.
How do I pay?
By card or PayPal. Card payments are handled securely by Stripe, so we never see your card details. Under 18? You'll need a parent or guardian's permission to subscribe.
Do I need to install anything?
No. KnowItAll Ninja works in any up-to-date web browser on a computer, tablet or phone.
