Your whole Enterprise toolkit

Most platforms stop at quizzes. KnowItAll Ninja gives you the lessons to teach with, the homework that marks itself, and the revision students choose to do.

Teach it

Every Enterprise lesson is laid out to teach from the front of the class, and you can download each one as a PowerPoint show. No rebuilding, no prep.

No lesson prep

Set it

Set lessons and quizzes with a due date in a couple of clicks. Everything marks itself, and the results land in your Tracker.

No marking

Revise it

XP, levels, leaderboards and achievements turn revision into something students compete over, across the BTEC Enterprise content, right up to the assessment.

Less chasing

All three components, fully covered

Lessons and questions are written to the Pearson BTEC specification, so students cover exactly what each component assesses.

Component 1 Internal

Exploring Enterprises

How and why enterprises succeed: the size and features of SMEs, business sectors and models, aims and activities, entrepreneurial skills, and market research into customer needs and competitors.

See the Component 1 lessons

Component 2 Internal

Planning & Presenting a Micro-Enterprise Idea

Generating and researching realistic micro-enterprise ideas, financial planning and forecasting, building a business plan, and pitching the idea, then reviewing how it went.

See the Component 2 lessons

Component 3 External

Marketing & Finance for Enterprise

The marketing mix and promotion, financial documents and records, cash flow, break-even, profit and sources of finance: the externally assessed written exam.

Built on how learning actually sticks

BTEC Enterprise asks students to recall a lot. Lessons alone won’t hold it, but structured retrieval practice makes the knowledge and skills stick.

Retrieval practice

Low-stakes quizzing makes students actively recall, not just re-read: the evidence-based way knowledge moves to long-term memory.

Beats the forgetting curve

Regular spaced practice between lessons stops market research, the marketing mix and business finance fading before the assessment.

Instant feedback

Every answer is marked the moment it’s given, so misconceptions get corrected straight away, not a fortnight later.

Pinpoint the gaps

Per-student and per-topic results show exactly where understanding is breaking down, before it shows up in a grade.

The Tracker for a demo class, showing each student's study time, average mark and colour-coded quiz marks

The Tracker

See exactly where every student is

Every quiz mark for every student, colour-coded so the gaps stand out, alongside their study time and attempts.

  • Switch between best, worst, first and most recent marks
  • Open any student to see their weak spots and missed tasks
  • Class Insights picks out the quizzes worth re-teaching

Teachers who try it, stay

We bought a subscription after poor January exam results and the students who revised using the site went up a whole grade in the resits.

Fantastic resource, covers all of the specification I need. Resources are useful and can be used on our Google classroom. Pupils enjoy using it. Daniel is always very quick to get to us with any queries.

Cassandra Mettleton, Head of Computing, Dunclug College

I love this resource and have used it for a long time, it helps me catch students up who start late, reinforce learning and understanding in the classroom and it saves me a lot of time due to the self marking quizzes and the abundance of detail in the resources.

Barry Williams, Teacher of Computer Science, Omega Multi Academy

Outstanding resource, which maps directly to the specification. The low stakes multiple choice questions are worded well and are very effective.

From a teacher, not a software company

Built by a teacher who knows the classroom

KnowItAll Ninja started as Daniel’s own resources for his own students: built by hand, used in real lessons, and shaped by what actually worked. It’s grown into a full platform since, written by an experienced teacher who has also authored several official course textbooks and resources.

Everything is still made to be taught from, set as homework and revised, not generated to fill a catalogue. That classroom grounding is why it works whether you’re a subject specialist or picking up BTEC Enterprise alongside everything else you teach.

Who can start a trial?

Teachers at schools and colleges. We check each request comes from a school, then switch your trial on.

How can we pay?

By card or PayPal, or choose purchase order at checkout and we’ll invoice the school.

Is student data safe?

Yes. We look after student data under UK GDPR and the ICO’s Children’s Code, and we’re Cyber Essentials certified. Our Data Processing Agreement and DPIA are on our GDPR page.
